Knowledge Capital Alliance has been awarded the Arizona state contract for Training & Partnering Services (Contract # EPS060041-32). Under this contract, all state and local agencies can purchase KCA’s leadership training and facilitation services without the need to go to bid. Within the bounds of this contract, KCA provides several leadership & management development courses including the award winning Accelerated Leadership Academy. In addition, KCA provides facilitation services for partnering, strategic & business planning and leadership/workforce development.
